Easy BLT Rollups Recipe
One of my favorite snacks to make for football watching is this Easy BLT Rollups recipe. They’re so easy to put together and super flavorful! Serve them as an appetizer for the “Big Game” day fun or add a side of Ore-Ida® Golden Crinkles for a quick and easy dinner.
The Ingredients
I picked up everything I needed to make and serve this Easy BLT Rollups recipe at Walmart. Be sure to add Oscar Mayer® Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon, Kraft® Real Mayo and Philadelphia® Cream Cheese to your shopping list!
The best ingredients really do make the most delicious food. Oscar Mayer® bacon is America’s favorite bacon! I always keep it on hand for BLTs and, of course, for breakfast or topping a salad.
When using cream cheese, the obvious choice is Philadelphia® Cream Cheese. It has the best texture of any other cream cheese I’ve used, and it’s made with no artificial preservatives, dyes or flavors. Philadelphia® truly sets the standard for quality! The result is a fresh-tasting, creamy texture worth savoring.
In addition to the bacon, cream cheese and mayonnaise, you’ll need two 8-inch flour tortillas, dry ranch dressing seasoning, fresh tomatoes and romaine lettuce. Now you’re ready to put this delicious Easy BLT Rollups recipe together for your game day snack!
Be Game Day Ready!
As you make your Walmart shopping list for ingredients to make the Easy BLT Rollups recipe and more snacks for the big game, be sure to add everything needed for serving the food, drinks and for easy cleanup. You’ll need Vanity Fair® Extra Absorbent Napkins, Sparkle® Pick-A-Size Paper Towels, Dixie Ultra® Plates, and Dixie® To Go Cups.
Vanity Fair® makes the best napkins! These extra absorbent napkins are two times thicker than other 2-ply napkins and can handle even your messiest meal. They are perfect alongside Dixie Ultra® Plates that are built strong for big meals. Skip the dishes with heavy-duty plates and bowls that let you spend time with your friends and family, not your sponge!
I also highly recommend having Dixie® To Go Cups on hand for coffee and other hot drinks. These sturdy cups have a nonslip grip and keep drinks hot, not your fingers. No need for sleeves or double cups! These cups are also great for cold drinks or filling with snacks that you want to keep warm.
When it’s time to clean up after the game, turn to Sparkle® Paper Towels!
When you want value and quality at the same time, choose Sparkle®. These paper towels provide the cleanup power you need without any unnecessary bells and whistles. Its unique balance of performance, value and style are just right for those everyday little messes and they are affordable. Why pay more than you need to for everyday little messes?
Now that your shopping is done, it’s time to make the snacks!
How to Make BLT Rollups
STEP 1: In a medium mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayo and dry ranch dressing seasoning together until smooth. Add the bacon and tomatoes; mix well.
Tip: Try using a whisk to mix the cream cheese, mayo and ranch dressing together. An electric mixer also works very well. Just be sure the cream cheese has been softened to room temperature so it incorporates easily.
STEP 2: Spread the mixture onto the tortillas, then top with lettuce.
Roll each tortilla up tightly.
STEP 3: Slice each rollup diagonally into 6 rounds. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
Tip: Use a sharp, serrated knife to make slicing the rollups easy. Don’t press down but use a back-and-forth cutting motion, and the knife should do the work without crushing the rolls.
Serve as an appetizer or as a meal with Ore Ida® Golden Crinkles Fries.
Tip: Check the back of the Ore-Ida® bag for instructions to bake, deep fry and even air fry. We love using the air fryer for extra-crispy fries without added oil!
How to Store Leftovers
Keep the leftover rollups in an airtight food storage container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to two days. This is a great grab-and-go lunch option!
