Can I Always Eat After 7PM?
It’s no secret to anyone who knows me well… I can be a rule breaker. When presented with a rule of any kind, I need to know that it makes sense and works well. Otherwise, I just want to break the rule for the sake of proving the rule was unnecessary. Maybe this is why Always Eat After 7PM really spoke to me. We’ve been inundated with so many “rules” for living a healthy lifestyle. Some of these rules are actually incredibly unhelpful! For one thing, going to bed hungry every night sets me up for failure because eventually I will give in and eat something and then feel bad and am more likely to fall back into negative patterns. Goals
I was so excited to start reading Always Eat After 7PM and love what I’m learning. I’ve made a few goals for this journey:
- Increase energy – I often have such little energy, it’s hard to get through the day. I’m excited to see an increase in my energy levels!
- Lose weight – I’d love to love some extra pounds.
- Eat better foods – There is always a temptation to grab something quick to eat and it’s rarely something good for my body. I’ll be working on being more mindful of what I eat and choosing the best fuel for my body.
