8 ounces white American cheese, chopped
2 tablespoons canned green chiles (with some liquid)
1 tablespoon pickled jalapenos (with some liquid), diced
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- Combine all ingredients in a medium skillet or sauce pan. Heat over medium heat until the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Mix the cheese sauce well. Serve warm.
