Raspberry Sauce

  1. 1. In a small sauce pan, combine the raspberries and sugar over medium heat.
  2. 2. Smash the berries with a potato masher and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a jar. Seal with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
