Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small sauce pan, combine the raspberries and sugar over medium heat.
  2. Smash the berries with a potato masher and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a jar. Seal with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

To make a raspberry Nutella s’more, spread a graham cracker square with Nutella then top with a toasted marshmallow, a spoonful of raspberry sauce, and a few fresh raspberries.
