Feeling a little snacky in the afternoon? Want a little sweet, but not too heavy treat in the evening? Looking for a yummy way to entice your family to eat fruit and yogurt? Needing something special to serve at a party? Then here is a recipe for you! Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Yogurt Dip is perfect for calming a craving for something rich and sweet.
I was so excited to try the new Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurts. I picked up the Vanilla Bean, Raspberry Chocolate Chip, and Mint Chocolate Chip at Walmart in the refrigerated dairy isle. They’re just delish! I could easily trade a high-fat ice cream snack for these rich and creamy yogurts in craveable flavors. This is a snack that is balanced nicely between flavor and nutrition. (Hint: many Müller® yogurt flavors are on Rollback at Walmart this month for only $.88!)

I used the Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt to very easily create a cheesecake dip that pairs well with apples, graham crackers, wafer cookies, and other fruits.
First, I measure cream cheese and brown sugar into a bowl and mix them together with a fork.
Then I add a few tablespoons of the Vanilla Bean flavor of Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt and stir it in until smooth before adding the remaining yogurt.
I love this dip with sliced apples.
Since it’s “ice cream inspired” yogurt, why not add a drizzle of chocolate?
I also found this recipe to look really pretty when served over apples like this:
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 container Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Vanilla Bean Yogurt
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and brown sugar.
2. Add a couple of tablespoons of the vanilla bean yogurt and stir into the cream cheese mixture until smooth. If you find the mixture to be lumpy, heat in a microwave for 20 second and then stir until smooth.
3. Stir in the remaining yogurt.
Serve with a drizzle of chocolate or caramel syrup and assorted fruits and cookies for dipping.
Makes 8 servings.
