I’m 4 weeks in now and feeling GREAT! Of course, loving the weight loss, but really so glad for the extra energy. With a very full-time work load and a little girl to take care of, I need energy and so often I struggle in that area. Eating When I Need Food
The best thing for me has been shifting my mindset to eating when my body is actually needing the food. That is not in the morning, but rather, later in the day. It’s working! I can easily eat fewer calories when I start eating later in the day, and I feel less hungry by pushing eating later.
