Fiesta Corn Dip

8 ounce block of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
8 ounces of Kraft shredded colby jack cheese
3/4 cup Kraft grated parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 12-ounce jar of roasted red peppers, drained and diced
4 ounce can of diced green chilies
16 ounce frozen corn, thawed

In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients well. Pour the mixture into a 11×13 casserole dish and bake at 375 for 45 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown. Serve with tortilla chips.
