It’s time for some CANDY! In this post I’ll be showing you how I made some adorable little treat bags. These are perfect for a harvest party, trick-or-treat, school friends, your kids or grandkids, students, and more.
I stocked up on the best candy… Hershey’s! (Kit Kats and Almond Joys are my favorites!) Walmart has a great selection of the big assortment bags of Hershey’s candy:
I love these huge bags of candy. They’re perfect for trick-or-treat, our church fall festival, and they make sense since a few pieces usually never make it to the event… they just seem to *ahem* fall out of the bag and land in my mouth. So weird!
What you’ll need to make the treat bags:
- Individually wrapped candy
- Paper lunch bags
- Washi tape
Such a fun little project for fall! #ontheblog —> http://www.CarissaShaw.com #allinall ad #autumn #TrickOrSweet @hersheysrd @walmart #blog #blogger #bloggers #blogging #craft #crafts #candy #chocolate #hershey #hersheys #fall #halloween #stopmotion #columbusbloggers #diy #momlife #mommyblog #topmommyblogs #cbias
Cut the top two-thirds of each paper bag off and discard the top:
Decorate the now shortened paper bag with stickers and markers:
Fill each bag with candy:
Tape the bags shut with washi tape and trim the edges:
I’m in love with these sweet little fall treat bags! How would you decorate the treat bags and who would you give them to this fall?
