Snack Packs are a snack drawer staple in my house because they allow me to create a fun “snacktivity” fast. This quick little dessert hack is my new favorite way to eat a Snack Pack: 60 Second Peanut Butter Pie in a Cup. LOVE!
Peanut butter pie is such a delicious but rare treat for me, so this quick version will hit the spot in a more reasonable, portion controlled way. Snack Packs come in a variety of flavors and there are endless mix-in possibilities. I love that they offer more calcium than a serving of milk.
1 Vanilla Snack Pack
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 chocolate sandwich cookie, crumbled
Halloween inspired edible decorations plus stickers, washi tape, and markers to decorate the cup
Mix the peanut butter into the Snack Pack. Top with the crumbled chocolate sandwich cookie, Redi Whip and decorations of your choice. Yum!
My girl loves to help in the kitchen. A snack like this is a perfect opportunity to give her freedom to create her own snack.

For a fun Halloween twist, add a gummy worm, candy eyes, or a candy pumpkin. Your little pumpkins will love it!
I used construction paper, a gold pen, tape, and ribbon to make this cute little black cat:
I even gave her a silly little tail!
